Question:
A sister says that her husband forced her to have marital relations during the day time in Ramāḍān, and she resisted him at the beginning but was not able to stop him and then during the intercourse she began to enjoy it. So what is obligatory upon her because she tried to stop at the beginning but then she started enjoying it later on?
Answer:
Her enjoying it after the act had already started is not a sin upon her because she knew what was right in the beginning and she tried to do the right thing at the beginning, but she was forced. So she does not have to pay the kaffārah. As for her husband, he does.
