Pivotal Quote
“Yes! There is The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia spreads Tawḥīd, it wages war against shirk and bid’ah, the adhān is called and all the stores are closed, and all the masājid are open and everyone goes to pray.
In this land there are Islāmic courts and the judges are mashāyikh who have studied Sharī’ah and rules by the Sharī’ah. They rule by what is in The Book of Allāh and The Sunnah of the Messenger ﷺ and they don’t study man-made laws. They study The Book of Allāh and The Sunnah of the Messenger ﷺ and that is what they rule by.”

Question:
Is there even a country that rules by the Sharī’ah having its constitution being The Book and The Sunnah?
Answer:
Yes!
They study The Book of Allāh and The Sunnah of the Messenger ﷺ and that is what they rule by.
What do people want? Do they want everything to be perfect? They want 100٪ with no mistakes? When we say the constitution of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is The Qu’rān and The Sunnah, are we saying the country is perfect? All countries have their faults. Perfection is for Allāh alone. We are not saying that the country is perfect, but the country is an Islāmic country and its constitution is The Qur’ān and The Sunnah.
Let’s look at the five pillars of Islām starting with the shahādah, the tawḥīd and then ṣalāh, fasting in ramaḍān, the zakāt and the ḥajj. Is there any country on earth that even comes close to implementing these like The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia? No one even comes close, there’s no comparison whatsoever.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is founded on tawḥīd. There are no graves that are worshipped here, people don’t commit shirk and go to the graves and perform ṭawaf and the likes. And there is no churches here and crosses hanging up and people claiming the trinity.
On the minbar here, when you go to any random masjid on any given Friday what your hearing from the minbar is the ḥalāl, and the ḥalāl is the ḥalāl and the ḥarām is the ḥarām. Are we saying the country is perfect? No, it has its mistakes and it is to be corrected in the right way and the way taught to us by the Prophet ﷺ, not the way of Quṭbiyyah and the Suhrawariyy and the ḥizbīs.
The enemies of the Islām, and all enemies of the Sunnah all aim their arrow at The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Why is that? Why are all the enemies of Islām, all those that hate the religion of Islām and all those that hate the Sunnah, why is it that they all point their arrows towards The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, why are they all agreeing on this point? Because this is a country of Tawḥīd and Sunnah.
Again, the country is not perfect and there are mistakes, but they are to be corrected according to the protocol taught to us by the dīn, like writing letters to those in authority privately, taking them to the side privately and the way taught us by the way of our Prophet ﷺ.
It is not part of naṣīḥa (advice) to go and spread and talk about any errors regardless how true they may be, or to publicize the faults of the leaders. This is not from the way of Islām, these are ways of the idiots, these are the ways of the laymen who know nothing about their dīn and all they have is enthusiasm and they want to go and grab any soapbox and scream to whatever audience want to listen to them.
When you give naṣīḥa taught to us by the Prophet ﷺ, it makes a change not that it allows people to blow off steam as it makes them feel better.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is built upon the Manjah of the Salaf al-Ṣāliḥ and its constitution is The Qu’rān and The Sunnah which are taught in universities, public schools and the courts of this country are Sharī’ah courts.
Again, we are not saying the country is perfect or that any other country is perfect but what we are saying is that the people of bid’ah all of them hate The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and they are all aiming their arrows at The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia because it is a country of Tawḥīd and Sunnah.
The scholars of this country are teaching Tawḥīd and Sunnah to the people. And it is safe to say in that in our day and time that there is no scholar or student of knowledge in any part of the world expect that they are benefiting from the writings of the scholars of Saudi Arabia, the legacy left behind by the likes of Shaykh ‘Abdul ‘Azīz ibn Abdullah ibn Bāz, Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ ibn ‘Uthaymīn, Shaykh Aḥmad Ibn Yaḥya al-Najmī and Shaykh Zayd al-Madkhalī. This is what is self-explanatory. May Allāh have mercy upon them and preserve the likes of the ones who remain behind them like Shaykh Ṣāliḥ ibn al-Fawzān, Shaykh Rabī’ ibn Hādī al-Madkhalī, Shaykh ʿUbayd al-Jābirī and others.
